- Leasing – It benefits both you and us to keep your property occupied with responsible tenants. It takes an average of 45-60 days to locate suitable tenants. Our aggressive leasing program combined with our “no security deposit” policy is extremely effective in getting your property rented in a timely manner. And, we don’t rent your property to just anyone. We pride ourselves on our extensive tenant screening and credit investigations process. All applicants must complete a detailed rental application and provide credit information and references. Ultimately, you make the final decision as to which tenants are awarded the rental.
Advertising – As part of our aggressive leasing program, we do extensive advertising and promotions to increase your property’s visibility in the marketplace. Highly effective rental signs are placed on and around your property 30 days before it is vacated. In addition, we list your rental in the Tucson Multiple Listing Service which makes it accessible to real estate professionals and the public.
