  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    No, we do not hold a property without a completed application and applicable funds.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    You must be 18 years old or older.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    The deposit is refundable as long as the property is returned per the conditions in your lease.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    After you review the rental qualifications and view the property, your application can be obtained on our website.
  • How do I pay rent?

    Rents can be mailed or delivered to our office at 1081 N. Bedford Dr., Tucson, AZ 85710, by personal check, certified funds, cashier’s check, bill pay, or electronic funds transfer.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Before obtaining your pet, a written request needs to be submitted indicating the type, size and breed of pet and quantity of pet(s) you intend to introduce into the property. If your request is approved by the owner, you will be required to pay a pet fee.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    You are required to provide a 30-day written and signed notice by the last day of the month that proceeds the expiration of your lease
    Example: If your lease ends July 1st, a written and signed notice must be received by our office by May 31st.
  • How long between repair requests and the request being completed?

    This depends on the nature and urgency of the repair that is needed, as well as the ability of the contractor schedule, and timeliness of tenant response to contractor. We require someone over 18 years old to be in the house while the contractor is there.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Repairs not related to tenant abuse and negligence of the property, that are normal wear and tear are billed to the owner. Damages that are a result of tenant misuse and abuse of the property and appliances will be billed to the tenant.
